Hi! I am a graduate student looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP! I have already moved out and there is one Ph.D student there. Rent is $375/month and the house is great. The landlord only owns 2 other properties so is very easily to work with. He requires a security deposit of $375 and first/last month rent. He is really nice! Email if you are interested!
